leadership stays & saving their positions even after terrible mistakes and firing people conveniently pausing hikes to make investors happy putting pressure only on people who work and non-working people being promoted to leadership no fixed promotion policy parity is ignored in compensation

The company culture is amazing. It's an organisation where you can grow from zero to hero as a developer. Nothing to dislike about the work culture. The quality of work is second to none in the market.

Dislikes

The management should focus more on employee retention and overall compensation, instead of just going in the market and hiring freshers. Reputation is built by the people working in the company. If compensation is not matching the market standards, the reputation will also go down in no time.

No hikes. The base pay is also very low as compared to market standard. The LUMOS cycle is ridiculous. The upper management do not have any clarity about the direction in which TW is driving.
