Learning is good but their will not be good culture.

Dislikes

The work culture is worst. Working hours are longer. The manager treats you poorly. The upper management is also the worst. Work on weekends as well but get no appraisals. No appreciation for the work. Pip or lay off without any notice. They also ask employers to write fake reviews so don't trust all the reviews blindly.

1. Employees are focused and keen to take up work challenges as well as acquire new skills and knowledge. 2. Seniors are very helpful in nature and coordinates with each member of team very well. 3. Hybrid mode is also available which helps one to do their work according to their ease which in turn increases ones productivity.

The company is fantastic. I learn a lot here. I enjoy working a lot here due to the flexibility. The most amazing part is I get a chance to sharp my skills at a very good level here. As for fresher salary is good here as compared to other companies.
