There is nothing to like about this company. It's like an old abandoned building. The people who run the company has to know what a corporate culture is. I feel bad for the people who work.

No proper work culture. No proper amenities. It's lacking many things. The type of company it is as per the time in industry it is way behind. Some rather small companies have better corporate culture than this one. No work life balance. Leave policy is just on paper but the management never approves more than 2 days of leave. Thereis no flexibility as work hours go beyond the fixed hours. The HR there have never seen any corporates in their life the way they are.
