The bosses here are bad at talking. they came across as arrogant and ignorant. they act like they know everything but they don't. when you try to discuss things with them, they tend to manipulate situations to their advantages. they often resort to illogical arguments to justify their decisions, particularly individuals like Rajinder and Prince. the working environment is extremely poor. you are not allowed to take breaks, communicate with your teammates, or your phone. if you attempt to do any of these things, they will send you an email instructing you not to. the leave policy equally unsatisfactory. if you wish to take leave, you have to plead with them...Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
