Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

There are nothing to like about this company

Dislikes

The bosses here are bad at talking. they came across as arrogant and ignorant. they act like they know everything but they don't. when you try to discuss things with them, they tend to manipulate situations to their advantages. they often resort to illogical arguments to justify their decisions, particularly individuals like Rajinder and Prince. the working environment is extremely poor. you are not allowed to take breaks, communicate with your teammates, or your phone. if you attempt to do any of these things, they will send you an email instructing you not to. the leave policy equally unsatisfactory. if you wish to take leave, you have to plead with them
