Only Senior Chemists coordination in lab. Owner of the company, they are very good and decent.

Dislikes

There is no respect for chemist and their work, Appriciation is far away. Those who do show off, of being best employee and try to show their work after office hours i.e after 6:00pm, only they are fit for the increment. But those who complete their work on time they are uncountable. Rules and regulations are not same for everyone. S alary is not given according to your qualification, knowledge and work that is also specific. Those who can't type a single mail, they are HR head of the company.😊 And increment of HR is 8-10k yearly. And those who work hard and complete their work on time they get harassment by shift duty and they get increment of 1k yearly.
