Salary is slightly better in comparison of other third party , but other than this you will find NOTHING better than this . Salary is Never given on Time .

No Safety in Lab . Pathetic HR and HR policy . No specified time to leave office , you will criticized if you completed your work ontime and leave on time . Qualified people will Never get promotion , only people who can do " Chaplusi" will get promoted infact it's hard to find qualified people at correct position . People with Bsc- Physics , Maths are Chemist ( with no knowledge of chemistry), people who doesn't know the difference between benzene and cyclohexane are Technical Managers No Safety in time , infact basic permission to wear gloves during chemical analysis is denied . No mutual respect amoung colleagues , personal life is always being targeted. Don't join if you have a good Masters degree , you will regret every second .

Only Senior Chemists coordination in lab. Owner of the company, they are very good and decent.

...on time they are uncountable. Rules and regulations are not same for everyone. Salary is not given according to your qualification, knowledge and work that is also specific. Those who can't type a single mail, they are HR head of the company.😊 And increment of HR is 8-10k yearly. And those who work hard and complete their work on time they get harassment by shift duty and they get increment of 1k yearly. No job security. Management is in the wrong hands, and it's very bad. They judge people by their community not by work and experience. Only Bengalis are well wishers for them, which is totally wrong. They need to change their mind set.
