With the kind of buisness they are involved, there is opportunity to learn and grow.

They managed to get me previous review deleted from this platform rather than improving, imagine working and expressing yourself at such place. So i am here again to make sure people know about this too. Cons : 1) Hidden HR policies, if you are coming from corporate type organizations , you better be clear with policies before joining. 2) Unclear Medical policies 3) Management lacks decision taking abilities and junior fellas has to bear the results, if you don't, you are incompatible to the job. So 4) Lastly you need to know that there are 2 founders, younger one is egoistic and full of himself. When he speaks you only listen, no talks. You need to know this only in case you are working in his department, and plan to survive there long enough otherwise ignore....Read More

AS a agent in México have the freedom to work on my own ideas,mexican culture and nobody cared about it.

Sometimes they did not have the products mexican market requires, because Texperts is an agency,they are not yarn,fabrics makers.
