Top Management members are overall good.

Dislikes

1. Team Manager does not stand for the team members. 2. Colleagues are not helping. 3. A lot of Micro management going on. 4. Have to take permission for your own holidays. 4. No Work-Life balance. They ask to work in on weekends. 5. Marketing team is more favoured by the management than other teams. 6. Marketing teams do not understand a proper schedule of work, they want people to work 24*7. 7. Unnecessary daily meetings which waste valuable time and people are then bound to work late hours because of it. 8. There was a fixed time to come to office but not to go back home....Read More
