Job Description:
As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and SEO-optimized written content for our textile e-commerce and corporate websites. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and design teams to produce articles, product descriptions, blogs, and other digital content that aligns with our brand voice and enhances the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write clear, concise, and engaging product descriptions, category pages, and blog posts related to textiles, fabrics, and fashion.
- Develop SEO-friendly content to improve website traffic and search engine ranking.
- Conduct thorough research on textile trends, materials, and industry news to produce informative and relevant articles.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure content is aligned with the visual aesthetics and product offerings.
- Ensure consistency in brand voice across all written content on the website.
- Create content for promotional emails, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, grammar, and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize future writing strategies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a content writer, preferably in the e-commerce or textile industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to write clear and engaging content that resonates with a diverse domestic and global audience.
- Knowledge or interest in textiles, fabrics, and fashion trends is a plus.
- Proficient in using content management systems (CMS) and basic HTML.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Familiarity with content management software and tools (e.g., WordPress, Grammarly).
