Work culture was very good and flexible. Safety related to work and employees. Global Benefits provided to the employees.

Dislikes

Appraisal/Promotions were not depending on the hard work of employee. Appraisals/Promotions were are given to the undeserved employee who were close to the department unit head after takeover of Watson Pharmaceutical at Goa. Unit head and Manager were not supportive at work place. HR policy were not upto the level of Teva policy. No support from HR related work.

Overall u need to take responsibility and same person ll be burdened with more work .More of politics...lack of trainings...no job security..no scope for innovation as it may create insecurity to ur seniors... mostly worked 10hrs a day and 2 shift in month ends

Manegerial leadership lack in decision marking and lack of knowledge to take decision not supportive to subordinates
