I don't know why the Teva pharmaceutical Goa not giving OT (Over Time ) to only production supervisor. This is one thing I don't like in Teva pharmaceutical.

I worked as mechanical engineer in teva goa formulation plant for three years under a third party contract. As I was fresher there was lot of scope to learn new things. Everyone has access to handle everything like HVAC, water system as well as production equipment maintenance. It depends on you ,how much you want to learn which is a very strong plus point. Despite of being in contract, senior company employee will trust you in term of work and responsibilities. You get spares and support from seniors if you really want to work.overall it is a better option if you are fresher with engineering qualification. Politics, personal ego and resentment is there between senior officials. And it reflects in the work culture. Training program is not proper and no OJT is included. Lack of communication is there on every level. No modern quality management systems like 5S, kaizen qcc are implemented and hence you can see the chaos while working. Problem solving methods are old and too much dependence on service engineers. You get spares but only if you order them earlier. Otherwise there is no system to keep track of spares....Read More
