Teva pharmaceutical teammates are good helping in nature. Career in teva is average you will be paid for your work. Now whether it is good or bad is to be decided by the individual. Travel facilities are very good it encourages people to work in more. Politics is every where we can't blame Teva for it because where ever their will be people working they will have their faviourates.work environment was good earlier but now it has been little hactic especially if a mistake is done by you. For innovation it is list scope not because of the company culture but the demand of work. Work life and balance depends upon the time managed by the individual. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
