Teva pharmaceutical teammates are good helping in nature. Career in teva is average you will be paid for your work. Now whether it is good or bad is to be decided by the individual. Travel facilities are very good it encourages people to work in more. Politics is every where we can't blame Teva for it because where ever their will be people working they will have their faviourates.work environment was good earlier but now it has been little hactic especially if a mistake is done by you. For innovation it is list scope not because of the company culture but the demand of work. Work life and balance depends upon the time managed by the individual. Training is thing which is provided now and then and as an when required. Job security is a place where it is an area of concern not because it is harsh but because it is a Private company and any private company doesn't have job security as much as it is their in Government job...Read More
