Nothing they just simply don't respect your work and dont recognize your efforts.. I have worked for 5 years and to get my Gratituty amount and final settlement amout also we have to wait double time than government set duration.. They will make you struggle like any thing and they won't help uou if you have any personal issues to frm home or any simple help also they don't support

This company is totally fraud company they don't even think about employees benefits and it was very trible experience with them techno elevete they don't even give salary, hike , compensation nothing they will give
