I had a really good supportive team and there was no micromanaging. As a fresher, Seniors help me to a greater extent which gave me a grip.

Dislikes

There is a workshop in the beginning which is of no use. There is a 4 week training conducted which is abruptly waste. So you get into the project with no idea about what language/technology you’ll be working on. You have no scope to learn them from YouTube / stackoverflow since it’s completely outdated. So no choice you have to learn it from people over there and they are supportive to an extent. So there’s no learning and it will never get you anywhere in the future. There is little to no hike in the salary. And shockingly no appraisal meetings will be conducted to point out things you’ve done. Hybrid policy is only for experienced candidates. Job security is very poor. With no prior information they just fired employees straight away without any reason. Understanding the current situation , they could have stated the fact prior a month so the employees might have prepared themself for that situation. The work life balance is not so great but manageable. They’ll assign you with few or more tickets based on availability, as only few peeps in a team and you have to be working simultaneously in all of them. There is no clarity and transparency. Too much politics.no growth no communication.limited oppurtunity outside for working on projects of this company .job security is less due to manager politics everyone will be in rat race.weekend work sometimes must.if u don't have knowledge don't think someone will support you.no its not going to work go with other stable MNC upgrade then come here
