Job insecurity. Due to their financial crisis they can't throw out the senior managers out and working with all the freshers. Poor budget plans by the management. No career development here, as they won't allow you to work on your own, instead they direct you to do so.

Lots of communication gaps between managers and subordinates. Higher management will listen to and believe anything without researching about facts, which as a result gives dissatisfaction to the employees

Your skills will grow. But your health and mental stability will not. Better to take offer letter and negotiate with other companies.

Management behaviour is worst, rude, uncouth, presumptuous. You have to work late nights every days , work on weekends even on holidays. They can cancel your planned leaves or even sick leaves. Scold and force to complete work at same day.

It is a worst company to work for, you can't find work life balance worst management client even CEO can call you at late hours, no ethics no work culture and no process defined. They just want you to work continuously and even at weekends.

There is nothing I dislike in particular. Its just that I got the opportunities and ramped up the ladder too soon with back to back promotions and role switch every 6 months. In order to maintain work-life Balance, the leaders appreciated the fact to allow me to ramp down a bit.

Management is good. Great team.. they will help you any time and support you if u stuck any where. For refreshment, they conduct games every month. To learn new technologies, they conduct webinars, meetings. Great place to learn.
