Job insecurity. Due to their financial crisis they can't throw out the senior managers out and working with all the freshers. Poor budget plans by the management. No career development here, as they won't allow you to work on your own, instead they direct you to do so.

There is nothing I dislike in particular. Its just that I got the opportunities and ramped up the ladder too soon with back to back promotions and role switch every 6 months. In order to maintain work-life Balance, the leaders appreciated the fact to allow me to ramp down a bit.
