The Work culture Healthy working environment great rapport with colleagues and seniors are the best part of Tealiolabs so far. I had a lot of interactions with my seniors which is quite rare and difficult in some companies but here at teliolabs. I have experienced extreme comfort from my seniors and colleagues. Policies related to medical, insurance etc are well framed and equally given to employees and consultants. One can find multiple options to explore their potential. Teliolabs provides a platform to work on the latest and niche technologies areas. There is nothing I dislike in particular. Its just that I got the opportunities and ramped up the ladder too soon with back to back promotions and role switch every 6 months. In order to maintain work-life Balance, the leaders appreciated the fact to allow me to ramp down a bit.

Management is good. Great team.. they will help you any time and support you if u stuck any where. For refreshment, they conduct games every month. To learn new technologies, they conduct webinars, meetings. Great place to learn.
