No Salary hikes No Job security No work life balance Bad company culture, Jeevan Pandey behaviour is not good towards employees. He used to scold and make fun of others. My suggestion : Take offer letter from Teliolabs and negotiate with other better companies.

Starting my career at Teliolabs has been a great experience. The small team environment has allowed me to dive into projects and learn extensively . My colleagues are supportive and meetups make it feel like family despite working remotely . I have developed problem-solving skills, gained exposure to various tools, and grown both professionally and personally

A Great place to work for people who are looking for growth and learning. I have been working here for more than a year now, the work culture is great and diverse. your ideas and creativity towards technology are always appreciated and awarded. - Great pay and meaningful work. - Had a great onboarding experience, extremely organized, and surprisingly fun. The queries are also handled well and resolved in the stipulated time.

Work from home option and time flexibility.

Job insecurity. Due to their financial crisis they can't throw out the senior managers out and working with all the freshers. Poor budget plans by the management. No career development here, as they won't allow you to work on your own, instead they direct you to do so.
