Seniors and managers are very helpful. Leave management is good. Promotion opportunities. Permanent wfh.

I used to work from office till Feb 2020 and office transport system sucks. Canteen is not so good. Salary packages are low.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
