There is lots of Politics where management never address our issues, They even force you at some point to resign and for ATL. Unit manager is a fool and doesn't know how to handle a process. Mentally torture and lots of pressure they place on us.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
