Issues resolution is very slow. Superior ans subordinate relationship is not good. Sometimes superior show there attitude and they never try to understand others situation.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to taste different roles also I got many opportunities.

There is a huge disconnect between the operation managers and Human Resource. Don't know whom to trust. My TL says if anyone having problem while WFH they can inform and leave from the organisation as normal exit. But at the same time HR would say employee will not get service letter and it would be considered as abscond. They do not have courtesy at least in this Covid-19 situation and asking for recovery amount of two months if I want to leave from the organisation due to work-life balance. The company failed to understand the employee's concerns after making employees WFH. It is been already 3 days after I inform about my exit but still there is no update on ID card submission and my login credentials are still alive....Read More

Work Details

Once started working from home managers are least bother about employee's concerns on several issues like technical issues, dashboards issue and other challenges. They only look after targets and always demotivates and get into panic.
