Teleperformance or shall I say "the land of opportunities" The work culture in Teleperformance is on point. Also, you get the exposure, experience & environment that you expect (atleast most of it) I had a memorable experience with people being an agent and even after moving to the Quality department. There were so many skilled and motivating individuals. Internal politics, wherein upper management some people need to be checked as they exploit and harass lower position. Need their party expenses paid by lower position, even x favor to get promotion, abusive, and full of egos. Asking money from team mates, or begging. Not sure if someone is taking genuinely care of it. Else 5 values goes on toss.
