Good work-life balance but don't expect long leaves to be sanctioned. Otherwise, you can turn off the moment you log-out. Client is good but management expects you to fill out forms and update things on an everyday basis. There's very little automated systems and most of the work is on Excel sheets

Dislikes

Very little real exposure. The project you work on may be uninteresting but cannot expect any change. People are expected to cope up with their tasks even if they face health issues while few projects are allotted to people without proper experience. Lot of politics and sometimes there is an open display of community based fraternity ( where people support members of their own).
