Initially during OJT it's was good but after handing over to TL, we have to login for 8 hours.
Salaries came on every 5th of the month and it was going smooth
Dislikes
But once we are handed over to the TL then it was not rarely 8 hours login. There is pre shift, post shift plus every week there is new assignment on NITTIO, work life balance was a myth.
There is a constant pressure form TL to get good scores, even if we get negative feedback due to System Faults then also our scores are down. Andthere is nothing they do to improve the system.
Starting with TP(Flipkart) is easy but once you see their Dark Side, you would rarely wanna continue. The only thing i cared about was how to compete 8 hours login and take my experience letter and leave and never come back.

Training period is very specific and does not provide enough time to grab the learnings. Regarding job security, it's not so great to talk about. Career growth totally depends on how well you can butter the superiors. Salary packages are not transparent.. They deduct employees and employers pf both from the employees salary which is ridiculous and never seen before. Teleperformance is one of the companies which I can say as the best employee centric company I have worked in. Sanjay Mehta(CEO) takes ownership himself to make this practice happening in the organization. Not just the working employees but also the exempted employees don't hesitate and reach out to him in case the problem is not resolved at initial level. He then take care of the problem and response from him takes less than 2 days. In respect to the growth and opportunities, it completely depends upon the enthusiasm of the employees. I have seen people loosing hopes of promotions and compromise with their stability and even loosing up their upcoming promotions. Over in all its a company which does what is has committed and there is clarity in all the terms except the salary. The promotions are taken care by the reporting managers. Due to this, managers promote their favourites and the deserving ones are left behind. This in terms are not even questioned. All promotions should be taken care entirely by the HR and talent acquisition team.

Working at teleperformance was very convenient. As I was one the favourite employee for my team leader and Asst. Manager, I enjoyed my time. The managers have always provided enough space to all the employees and allowed them to perform to their best.
