When I attend to the interview,the interviewer was chewing the babool gum and they are seeing outside,just he finished interview with in 30 seconds and they said can you come next time,I can't understand what's happening....

The way I used to earn incentives was good in TP. Use to get salary on correct time, flexible shifts nice environment to work.

I left tp with proper resignation due to some reasons, I went to rejoin again in TP but the management showed me hell even though I have proper resignation. They called me for interview 3 times saying that client round but they was no interview nothing. Finally I got selected, but process got wind up. I came to know that TP does not want ex employee's.

Ther is no proper support from the management.

Customer Service for name sake but there is no proper service to the customers. I don't know why it's calling CS. They run this company only for sales emi conversion and loans. agent those who will do numbero of sales above 30 per day only that can service on that day. Next day again start the show.they tourcher the agent like anything for sales count.they pressurize the agent for sales count. If not they make to resign themself.we know when we outoff from company there is no security for the job.even if they have 2 years experience also.such a worst company. O my god how ever I left that job my goodness....Read More
