The organization needs a bit of a make-over towards it's work culture and it's operational design in terms with operational responsibility within the hierarchy. Having said so is my personal opinion.

No thing good too work at here....they never offered any employee to become permanent employee before completing the probation period they terminated without salary and relieving letter
