I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Zero work life balance. They curse when you utilize your 1 hr break, only 30 food break is freely given as per their wish. During Off-boarding they mischievously deteriorate salary processing, and eventually forfeit some or full money. Initially they provide cabs and later gradually unprovide once or twice in a week by giving various excuses of vehicle damage etc and at the time of reimbursement they miscalculate it and again forfeit some money.
