Earlier everything was very good with this TEK systems until DEC 2017.

Dislikes

From Jan 2018 they are adapting new policies which are not favourable to employees but it saves to lot of money to TEK systems. They are not transparent. Delay in appraisal, No job security, No quick response to mail sent by the employees related to their concerns. Without mail communication changing policies. These things made me to dislike about working at TEK systems. I discussed about these matters with many of my colleagues. Everyone has having same opinion as like me....Read More

I was working for a client and i was very happy at client place but never worked in TEk system as i was hired for client.

Dislikes

No job security. The time client says last day that will be your last day in TEK system as well. They will tell you are permanent to TEK but would work for client as contractor. But once client contract ends ur job is no more u will be kicked out. Luckily when serving notice period in client if you get through another Client of TEk then your employment continues if not thats the end. So please guys who ever joins be careful....Read More

I was working for an mnc client of TEK system for more than 3 years. Since I was in contract from TEK system, there were not much deductions in salary.

Dislikes

Appraisal will be around 3-5% max, depends on client's rating to your work. If you good hike, then you need to maintain a godfather in client company. Post resignation TEK staff were not responsive to our mails and issues.
