The work-life balance is the most screwed-up thing while working for TEK Systems Global services. On top of that there is no work ethics and the seniors don't seem to care about any boundaries and based on that promote favoritism. My personal suggestion and humble request if you are self-respecting human being please do not join this company, and please don't put yourself through this helplessness. Don't go just on my word ask anyone who is not a lead about the work life balance they would say the same (even leads have a screwed up life but they won't admit it on your face)....Read More
