I am sharing the experience of mine from the on-site project. Zero work life balance. Asks to work over-time, on national holidays and weekends. No appreciation for the people working on-site. Only shoe lickers get the appraisal and promotion. Zero communication between the employee and the management. Micro Management at its best. No leaves are approved. You will face difficulties if you are an introvert. They believe in better communication than skills. No support if you are not upto the mark. I believe prepare harder and get into some other company than teksystems.
