There's no Variable pay component in their CTC. Except for that there's no other good thing.

There are many things that are not employee friendly. There's no career planning discussions with the employee after joining. They will forget you after the first month. Even when there are lay-offs happening at the client place, they will not support you with alternate options. ZERO appraisals. No promising benefits. You can't expect any benefit. Been more than 1.5 years, manager doesn't bother reviewing my rates with the client. - There is no proper management who takes up the responsibility to resolve issues. - No proper team to resolve payroll issues. - Horrible work culture. - No knowledge on work its employees do at client's site. - No appreciation for work you do.

The way the management is only focused on income generation

Dislikes - management and leadership team not clear before hiring the candidate you are only valued untill you are billable to client. No concept of bench resource big big commitments and reality is different not focused on upskilling and reskilling for employees not much facilities provided minimal or no job security.

It's highly not recommended. This company hires employees on a contract basis, and you may not even realize it. Once the contract ends, they will terminate you immediately. They never provide a salary hike. Once you join, they insist you give positive feedback on different job portals to mislead others.

Pro - There nothing to like about company I will not recommend recommend joining this company based on my experience. There is no clear structure in place for future appraisal. After completing the required probation period I was told I would receive appraisal, but the company did not provide any hike. I had to fight with them for six months before getting any any increase or even then the process was extremely frustrating and slow . everywhere You have to constantly ask HR about the status of your appraisal which often results in long delays 4-5 months with little to no communication from the company side. There is no company policy regarding salary hike or job security. While the company has a 30day notice period. If the client project ends, they can release you on the same day without providing any extension or preparation time for finding a new project project, there is no bench period or support to help employee transition to another client. Leaving you without any safety net if a project end abruptly. Worst experience from teksystem.. I would recommend, do not join this company. Even they provide 5 or 10 lakhs more than other company, but your job is not secure here. So please please please do not join the TEK System. Very less that I like about this company. Only thing that I appreciate is they approved my emergency leaves of 5 days due to medical reasons.

Excellent HR and Management. Everyone are easy to access and ready to help you at any barrier. The way people treat each other is just what everyone wants (awesome). Remote work flexibility offered here is very helpful to cut unnecessary expenses. Overall, its all about 'you and you' because you feel very respected if you join this company (something that everyone craves for at workplace).

Apart from providing just a subscription to self learning platforms like Udemy etc., there is no company's provided internal skill training offered. Also no option for cross-training people for other skills if anyone is interested to learn and apply in new challenges/domains. Lastly, you only survive here if you are on a project, if no project in hand then you will be asked to leave.

The work culture is toxic. If you get into a good project u r lucky. But if u r under toxic manager/ team it's not gonna work.
