Nothing, this is a scammer company, they get you to join as a contractor at Astra Zeneca then fire you overnight, absolute scammers, do not join this place, do not trust the HR, do not trust the client managers, do not trust the fake promises, absolutely not ethics in this company. BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING, VERY VERY FAKE COMPANY AT THE END OF THE DAY.

- There is no proper hike cycle in the company. Been more than 1.5 years, manager doesn't bother reviewing my rates with the client. - There is no proper management who takes up the responsibility to resolve issues. - No proper team to resolve payroll issues. - Horrible work culture. - No knowledge on work its employees do at client's site. - No appreciation for work you do.
