- There is no proper hike cycle in the company. Been more than 1.5 years, manager doesn't bother reviewing my rates with the client. - There is no proper management who takes up the responsibility to resolve issues. - No proper team to resolve payroll issues. - Horrible work culture. - No knowledge on work its employees do at client's site. - No appreciation for work you do.
