- There is no proper hike cycle in the company. Been more than 1.5 years, manager doesn't bother reviewing my rates with the client. - There is no proper management who takes up the responsibility to resolve issues. - No proper team to resolve payroll issues. - Horrible work culture. - No knowledge on work its employees do at client's site. - No appreciation for work you do.

it is Just consultancy... sending people to client location.. they don't respect the employee.. Not good choice to join in tek systems. Just contract job. even your experience also they will mention client name......
