Tecxar is one of the fastest growing organisation in Ahmedabad. The main thing I like working over here is that focus on work quality and work-life balance. Not just benefits like Flexible Timings, Flexible work policies, they are more benefits like Open Work Culture, Transparency between Management and Employees. At Tecxar, employees are put first and always encourage lead things from the front.

Dislikes

I don’t dislike anything about Tecxar. Management has been opened to every feedback and trying to improve every aspect to make work culture more better day by day

Confused between 2 offers

Hi all, I am having two offers- one from Infy (Kolkata) another from Deloitte (Hyd). Kolkata being my preferred location, while Deloitte offering 15k more monthly. (I know Hyd's expense will cancel this out eventually). Kindly suggest on what to do. This is my first switch. Thanks in advance.
