For a company of its size, the employment benefits package is competitive, but there is room for improvement if the company wants to draw and keep top personnel. With a few notable outliers among senior staff, the work environment is often friendly and casual, encouraging candid communication and teamwork among team members.

Dislikes

• There is little job security, and they frequently force employees to resign suddenly for improbable reasons. • The hiring approach prioritises marketing over other skills and places a lot of attention on recruitment from elite institutions; yet, the training that new hires receive after hiring is insufficient. • Assigned leads frequently ignore newly hired members, providing them with inadequate direction, oversight, or inspirational assistance that leaves their progress unacknowledged. • Furthermore, insufficient provision of necessary equipment such as laptops or tablets at the time of onboarding means that individuals without personal devices have to make other arrangements. • The lack of a designated food canteen and appropriate lunch seats can be ascribed to a limited office space. • A not-so-ideal working environment is a result of internal politics, backbiting, and gossiping, as well as incidents of disruption and indiscipline by some senior staff members. I directly worked with the cofounders and it was a great learning curve for me. I got to directly handle clients and even took part in strategic management decisions. I was part of the first 5 employees and it was really exciting. The multiple hats that the employees get to wear is the best thing about techvariable. Here a 2 year experienced guy is more experienced than a 5 year in an MNC.

Some of the developers thought they were better than everyone else.

I used to work in multiple technologies as a developer. I started with PHP, then worked in R and almost all the databases. I have developed many ERPs for educational institutes. I interviewed a lot of candidates.
