Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It’s a great place where you will feel like home. All the employees are friendly and well mannered. Every individual is treated as key resource and recognize our talents. I like this the most. Everything is transparent. They don’t have variable pay. Everything is fixed pay and we get on time without fail. Payslips, leaves, Tax declarations and others are well maintained in a portal. No micromanagement, no restrictions to show your skillset. Open for new ideas. Coming to job security, they will definitely show you the job soon in our role only and pay us on bench.
