They can anytime change the work profile internally as and when needed, never kept the conversation on mail. Very unprofessional, high politics and gossiping at work place

Within 3 months I never got to know what they exactly want me to do and I never understand what they exactly want from me, selected as a sales coordinator but later they said I need to do the assistant work for the director, very complicated about the JD

Work culture...almost all the rules are flexible and I really like the humble approach of management towards employees. Company is at growing stage..I can say this is the best platform to explore. Lots of opportunities are given to employees to learn and grow.
