Current manager and TL is understanding. Cultural festivals are celebrated. Working environment is neutral.

No medical leaves. Have to use privilege leaves every time. All 21 Privilege leaves are not given at once. Only 1.67 days per month is credited every month. Extremely Low salary as compared to market standards. Work from home is possible still they don’t allow. No travel expenses given. I joined technosoft as a GET First month was classroom training course and in that every project manger thought us in most possible practical way. Gained insane knowledge and understood how really design of product happens. After this OJT is there which last depending upon candidate performance. After six months New role "Design Engineer" is assigned.

only one thing which i didn't liked is team allocation after classroom training.
