It's my bad decisions to join this company too much politics in this worst job and there is no future scope of that job which they are hiring and in simple words they're miss using the engineers. They simply work like data entry operator for giant USA company. If you had done engineering then don't go for this company.

There too much to say about this company and a particular project but simple don't join this company if you're engineer. Find another there are too many i which future scope are there. One more thing HR person they work in flexible manner but a big NO for this you've to work for 10-12 hrs

If you join Technosoft (content Management) forget about your personal life. The most terrible organization i've worked with. Teammates were good but sometimes the Team Leader and Manager behaves dominating. Less chances of career growth because of bad politics played in the company. Worst place to work with. if you remember the old Bollywood filmy dialogue "As to Gaye apni Marzi se,jaoge humari Marzi se"this dialogue best fits the company's work life culture. Even after completing 9 hrs work they will compile you to sit for more 2 hrs and still will complaint that you are not productive. If anyone wants to move away from their home and don't like to see their parents,friends.
