Nothing. CMO gives slangs to employees mother and sisters. Company cares Nothing who is giving whose mother slangs. Lack of basic understanding of digital marketing and no paid ads budget, it takes 15 days time to get basic budget approved. CMO is a brutally abusive and nonsense person knows nothing but will forcefully give ideas and always say i am cmo you know what i can do to you. He will keep rewriting post copy, linkedin accounts profile or page definitions in worst English even after getting good statement from others. STAY AWAY from this company. they'll force you to work on weekend and will not give incentives on time. Managers are rude and un-empathetic. They will not even let you quit. Only way for you to get out is abscond.

TL doesn't come to office

HR department. And they have no respect for your religion. My experience with this company is, IN SHORT, DISCRIMINATE YOUR RELIGION, SHOW TOO MUCH FAVORISM, AND HOLD YOUR SALARY HOSTAGE. HR department is the worst, particularly HR Monika. Don't know how she became Human Resource cuz she has no humanity. And My TL Louis is the brother of some supervisor so he treats everyone with no respect. And the whole HR team takes no action because they are scared of his brother Raj. Louis even mocks you with religion. If the same religious discrimination happens in AGS or Access or Omega, the TL wil be terminated on spot. But here in technosoft, even when the HR knows the TL mocks other religions, she took action against the employee who filed the complaint. If you have any self-respect, or if you are a Hindu or Muslim, don't join here.
