Teammates are supportive Company policies are good You will get response at minimal time Work timings are convenient(8 hrs a day, 5 days a week)

Dislikes

Appraisals are really bad, The management is really poor in making decisions at critical times There is no career growth very bad salary hike and there is no yearly bonus No job security, you will get fired when there is a downtrend

As an experienced coder the job was quite good and convinient, struggled a bit in the biginning as there was no formal training session, although updates sessions were there.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
