Very disappointing company policies. Salary appraisal measured on 'popularity' not on the basis of effort or work done. They do not trust employees. Company expects large quantity of output from employees which is fine but we can expect nothing from the company or management. Vere bad management / internal politics, management takes measures from their ego not for the sake of company growth.
