Work life balance is below par. You need to give everything and still can end up risking falling short of expectations. Tax benefits like NPS support,etc. Policies need to be a bit flexible and employee friendly ( Comp offs, R&R, leaves, parking, weekend/stretch/oncall support benefits) to increase employee satisfaction. New joiner annual appraisal can be handled in a timely manner.

Work culture is terrible, I will say worst among all the company and lot of work is there and according to that less salary and no benefit is there , very less leaves, no WFH is there , timming of company is fixed, too many restrictions.

Most of the projects have well experienced and helping and down to earth teammates and leads. Few of them don’t as I’ve heard. In my team, work culture is very good. Teammates are very supportive and DM is also very good and knowledgeable and never backs down from helping you and most importantly doesn’t treat you like “how can you not know this you have X yoe” mentality

No WFH. Atleast few days a month should be there. Very less unplanned leaves. So you can’t fall sick more than 3 times a year. Appraisals No HR activities. Come to offc, work, have lunch, go home, repeat. No fun activities to look upto. No free food. Always full tt tables.

They build very complex products and the platforms they build see millions of daily transactions. So for engineers its a great place to learn technically and rub shoulders with the best of breed. They place lot of emphasis on you owning up your piece of work and if you dont own it well - they will talk about it. So pretty serious place to work but for serious engineers this is a great learning place They pay really well...Read More
