They pay peanuts for the amount of work that needs to be done, everything is done in a very raw and unprofessional manner, with no formal communications, and no clear guidance whatsoever. More than half the company is running on interns. If at all you see good reviews of this company, it's by the ones who are at a higher level, are associated since the start, and are naturally being paid well.

It feels so great to work here. The work culture is soo good and is lovely to work over here. There are also equal fun activities happens along with the work to keep a proper balance between work and entertainment. People are very helpful over here, no one would act bossy instead everyone are so much helpful to everyone.

The work is bad, everybody is expected to do sales. They paint a great picture of the company and your growth in the company , but it’s actually really terrible. One founder specifically, they talk a lot and promise a lot, but can’t really stand by it. Further, the overall work culture isn’t bad, it’s absolutely PATHETIC. They had “disciplinary monitors” for the employees to see if the employees are coming on time or not and to ensure that they are not on their phones. Let me tell you, these disciplinary monitors used to come almost just an hour before the founders (more than an hour or two late from the actual timings) and one of the disciplinary monitor used to show their reels to their fellow employees. So, definitely a great choice of people to keep a check on other employees. There is a lot of politics in this office. They promise a good pay, but are only looking to exploit interns, that’s it. At TechCurators, I faced a range of problems that made my internship experience incredibly disappointing and frustrating. The company's lack of communication and disregard for interns' well-being were evident from the start. The project I was initially assigned to was unexpectedly put on hold, leaving me sidelined and ignored for a prolonged period of two months. Despite my eagerness to contribute, I was consistently left without any meaningful tasks or responsibilities, hindering my professional growth and wasting my time and skills. One of the major issues I encountered was the broken promise of a stipend payment. As an intern, I was assured a stipend of Rs. 25,000, which was meant to support me during my internship. However, to my dismay, I did not receive a single rupee throughout my entire tenure. This financial burden placed undue stress on me and left me questioning the company's integrity. Furthermore, when I was finally assigned to an alternative project, the compensation I was promised per problem was significantly reduced. The initial offer of Rs. 250 per problem was unilaterally decreased to a mere Rs. 60 per problem, which was a blatant breach of trust and a direct insult to my dedication and hard work. The overall work culture at TechCurators was toxic and lacked respect for employees. The dismissive attitude, lack of empathy, and constant manipulation of compensation demonstrated a clear disregard for the interns' well-being and professional development. Advice to Management: I urge the management at TechCurators to take immediate action to rectify the issues that plague the organization. It is essential to prioritize effective communication and transparency with interns, ensuring they are kept informed and involved in meaningful work. Honoring commitments regarding stipend payments and fair compensation is crucial for building trust and maintaining integrity. Additionally, avoiding sudden project holds without proper task allocation and fostering a supportive work culture that values employees' growth and well-being will contribute to a more positive and equitable environment. It is vital for the management to take feedback and concerns of interns seriously. Promptly addressing these issues and implementing necessary changes will not only improve the experience for future interns but also help establish TechCurators as an ethical and respectable organization.
