Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give salary .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management diesn't address our issues.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the begining as there was no formal training session. I learnt ecerything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

The way to climb the ladder of success depends on the length of toubge rather than performance . Another dissatisfactory thing that people get promoted and then after few months they are rolled back to previous position except performing well .

Teammates are good, mangment is very bad. No job security, No career growth, salary and appraisal is nothing. Do not improve your carrieer in this location of company. Too much politics in Kolkata location. Very bad experience.

Faltu company. Wrost company I have ever seen. I worked there for 5 months. After that the HR came and told we want to decrease headcount and for this reason he said I have to resign. My performance was good there. There was no reason behind that. Again I have given the interview therein 2023 and I got selected for Flipkart chat process . I was supposed to join on 28th January. management in the kolkata ecospace office is just worst then anything, the promote employees if he or she is someone's girlfriend or boyfriend,,, experience, PLI score that absolutely not matter...! never get this much frustrated before. they promoted people without salary increment and without paper as well</mark>......we can say its nothing but Ravan raaj. if the employee is TL'S GF then she can be a SME its not matter that her experience is only 6 months...where 2 years experience employee with 90% PLI taking calls, if you go ans ask to OM about this you will get rply try for IJP.... but the saddest thing is then also that nepotism certificate will win....because interviewer is the same person. so much disappointed...Read More
