Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration:
• Configure and customize Oracle CRM modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, and Contracts.
• Support end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle CRM with other enterprise applications.
• Business Analysis:
• Work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
• Identify gaps in the current CRM setup and recommend solutions to enhance performance and usability.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to support business users.
• Technical Support & Maintenance:
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting for Oracle CRM applications.
• Monitor system performance and ensure the timely resolution of issues.
• Assist in regular system upgrades and enhancements.
• Data Management & Reporting:
• Ensure data integrity, validation, and accuracy within the CRM system.
• Develop reports and dashboards to provide business insights and support decision-making.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure that the CRM system aligns with company policies and compliance standards.
