Salary structure is very good of this company. Everyone take their salary on time like 1st day of month.

Dislikes

Promotion is not getting after doing 5yrs 6 months job. And salary increment is very poor. My salary has been increased 5000 rs in five year completed.

The team leader is very cunning. He doesn't give training. Directly give work. And if you make any mistake then he start firing. From top level management to low level, all are irresponsible.

This company last four months Chennai location only one Filed engineer support. Per day 7 to 10 call Atten to engineer requirement. not proper responsibility this manager and incident manager also I will support per day maximum 6 call Aten. they manager question in per day 6 call only i am not accept in call over time duty in office. this ,manager strictly call Aten 10 call only remark in engineer is not working complaint for Team computer manger. Our side support for all manager. Engineer side not support in team but salary date 1 or 2 credit this company so many people came to Engineer heavy work for field support still Engineer one or two days relive in company and very strictly call per day 7 call. one day maximum four call and five call Aten to Engineer still not working properly to question for purpose....Read More

Salary on time Connectivity with CEO if there is an issue , he might blow it out of proportions but atleast your concerns get a response , even if later action isn't taken.

Non technical people expected to make technical decisions A lot of internal politics The people he keeps closest to him atleast in this resort endeavours keep lying to him and the CEO believes them blindly, and starts behaving erratic and showing how much of an unprofessional jerk he can be
