Good for reference fellow.. without god father very difficult to survive here.

Dislikes

FTC - they are filling all Construction Engineers on Fixed tenure contract for one year... till 7 or more years also they will not do permanent employee. Old ppl are enjoying there life taking big salary & working on junior level.

A very good platform for budding engineers. Great career launch for engineers early in in their career. Great talent pool of seniors to guide the young engineers.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
