1. Team mates are really helpful even Leads and Architects. 2. You will definitely get to work upon latest technologies in most of the projects.

1. There is no work life balance. 2. Small teams which ultimately leads to putting extra pressure on each individual. 3. Hike is literally an issue. 4. You might get promoted and may get a salary raise as well but its not up to the actual market standards.

Work Details

I joined as a software developer. I worked for Tavant for around 3 years of time. I worked on 2 projects in this company. Working during office premises was good but the work from home policy made it pathetic .

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
